Update #11 Global Rolls-Royce engine maintenance

Due to the global requirement for further, earlier than scheduled maintenance checks on some Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines, which includes some engines in Air New Zealand's 787-9 Dreamliner fleet, Air New Zealand advises of further amendments to the schedule as listed below:
