Jim has had a distinguished tenure at Air New Zealand, including stints in Reservations, Marketing, and Sales.
His professorial understanding of travel is based on extensive personal travels throughout the South Pacific (including a visit to Tuvalu to meet with both the Prime Minister and Governor General of that small island nation!!), Europe, and beyond points which would make even the most experienced National Geographic Reporter envious!!
Jim has a “standing challenge” to be stumped by any agent who has a particular circle-Pacific or Round-The-World itinerary in which he is unable to help regarding routing and faring. Are you ready for the “Professor Jim Challenge”??
